Ncabaneni sites on the very edge of the Ngwempisi wilderness and boasts fantastic mountain views.

Ngwempisi Wilderness is a wild corner of Eswatini and offers challenging hiking (guide must be pre-booked). Its rugged landscape canters upon a spectacular 20km gorge, formed where the Ngwempisi river carves east through the Ntfungulu hills. This is an example of the diverse geology prevalent in Eswatini that makes it the strikingly beautiful country it is and ensures that hiking and mountain biking here is always a challenging and satisfying experience.

Our community project offers beautifully hand made accommodation.

The ingenious structures from yesteryear (Guca sithandaze.) are built according to the old methods with some modern touches including toilet and shower, solar lighting and portable USB phone charger our huts do not have fixed electric power but our eating area is fully equipped to provide for power hungry.

Mornings: All rooms will be provided with tea, coffee, chocolate and a hot water flask.
